Your band already records the right things. It just never says what they mean.
A barometer does not coach you. It reads the conditions accurately and lets you decide. That is the whole job Baro is built for.
Every number traces back to a Google Health record. Baro shows you which input it used and how many nights it had. No quiet rounding to make a chart look better, and no invented data when the band did not record any.
Then it does the part Fitbit stops short of. Thirty-day baselines built from your own history, sub-scores you can open and argue with, and a target range for today instead of a badge for yesterday.
No account to make. No server to trust. Your health goes from Google straight to your phone and stays there, which is also why Baro can afford to show you everything.
Built on Google Health, not scraped around it.
Baro connects to Google Health directly from your phone. Your health history goes from Google to the app, not through a Baro server.
It reads the detail Google actually stores, so a night stays a night instead of being flattened into a daily total.
- Sleep stages
- HRV
- Resting HR
- Heart rate at 2s
- Respiratory rate
- SpO2
- Zone minutes
- Workouts
- Steps
Every night, taken apart.
Awake, light, deep and REM on a real timeline, scored against the sleep you personally need rather than a flat target everyone gets.
- QualityOne score assembled from five sub-scores, each of them openable.
- NeedHours slept against your own need, adjusted for the load you carried that day.
- ConsistencyHow steady your sleep window is, night to night.
- Sleep stressWhat your heart rate and HRV did while you were under.

Read your morning before you plan your day.
Readiness from HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate and last night's sleep, each weighed against your own thirty-day baseline.
- BaselineCompared to your last thirty nights, not to a population you are not in.
- ProvenanceEvery input names its source and how many nights it had to work with.
- HonestyA thin baseline says so instead of guessing confidently.
- Not clinicalAn estimate from your own numbers, and it says that on the screen.

A target range, not a trophy.
Baro turns the day's heart rate into cardiovascular load, then gives you a range to aim at based on what your body has actually absorbed lately.
- Today's targetA range drawn from your recent load, updated as the day goes.
- OverreachingStrain and recovery on one chart, so the pattern shows up before you feel it.
- ZonesZone minutes with a goal per zone, not one lump number.

Every session, properly broken down.
Workouts your band detected on its own, each with load, average heart rate, distance and calories, and a month that adds up to something you can read.
- Per sessionLoad, average heart rate, distance, zones and the full heart rate trace.
- HistoryFilter and sort a month or a year of sessions without leaving the screen.
- TotalsWorkouts, time and load, summed for the month.

How old your body is behaving.
VO2 max, resting heart rate, activity and waist, mapped onto an age. It moves when you do, which makes it the one number worth watching for a year.

An estimate built from your own numbers using published population models. Baro labels it estimated on the screen, and it is not a clinical result.
What you did, next to what your body did.
Your band knows you slept badly. It does not know about the second coffee at four, or the flight, or the fact that you felt fine anyway. So Baro asks, once, in the morning.
- Morning recapOne card the morning after a synced night. Skip anything you do not remember.
- Your tagsCaffeine, alcohol, soreness, whatever you want to watch, each with a goal if you want one.
- Filled in for youAnything the band already logged arrives pre-filled and marked as automatic.
- HistoryA month of logging at a glance, and a streak only if that helps you.

Your data never touches us.
Baro has no server.
Your health goes from Google straight to your phone, and stays there.
No account to make, no analytics, no crash trackers on your health data and no subscription. The only network call Baro makes is to Google, from your phone, with your sign in. If you delete the app, the data goes with it.

Yes. Baro reads supported Fitbit data through Google Health. Sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, SpO2, steps and workouts all come across.
Do I need a special wearable?
